Slack is a great tool for communication and can be a great put-it-all-in-there solution. Have you automated a process? Tell folks about it in chat so they don’t need to go looking for things. At VSCO, we build docker images for our servers in Travis – wouldn’t it be nice if we could be told when a new image is ready for deployment? IT SURE WOULD BE!
